| Linda has been involved with dogs for many years and took out the Kennel Club registered Wansleydale affix in 1980. Wansleydale is a small but very successful kennel based in Nottingham but as we are a "hobby" kennel and not a commercial enterprise we only have litters occassionally. We are members of the Kennel Club's Assured Breeder Scheme and hold all possible accolades for both English Setters and German Shorhaired Pointers.
A championship show judge for English setters since 1993, Linda has judged the breed at Crufts in 2005 and at the English Setter Association's championship show in 2009. More recently she has been approved by the Kennel Club to judge German Shorthaired Pointers at this level with her first appointment in 2013. She judges most of the other gundog breeds at open show level and has judged in Finland, Hungary & Australia.
